Tasting Notes : Combination of fresh fruit and ripe fruit, some spicy, with good structure and complexity. Very good fruit. More black than red with aromas of spices. Great example of a Malbec from Uco Valley.

Varietal composition 100% malbec.

Origin : Uco Valley - mendoza, Argentina.

Harvest : manually Harvest in plastic boxes during the last week of April.

Vinification : The grapes were selected, destemmed and crushed. They underwent cold maceration for 5-7 days before classic vinification with indigenous yeaste and fermented at 77°F (25-27°) C.
